Returns & Refund Policy

Overview

At ProPrint UK, many of our products are customised using embroidery, DTF printing or other branding methods. Because of this, our returns and refund policy differs from standard retail products.

Please read the following carefully before placing an order.


Customised & Personalised Products

Customised garments and personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

  • The item is faulty

  • The wrong item was supplied

  • There has been a production error caused by ProPrint UK

This includes products featuring:

  • Embroidery

  • Printed logos

  • Custom text

  • Personalisation

  • Business branding

  • Custom artwork

Once production has started, customised orders cannot usually be cancelled or changed.


Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking:

  • Spelling

  • Sizing

  • Colours

  • Garment selections

  • Artwork

  • Logo placement

before approving production.

Digital mockups and previews are intended as visual guides only. Final products may vary slightly due to garment materials, screen settings and production processes.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe your order is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Where possible, please provide:

  • Your order details

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item

We will review the issue and work to resolve any genuine production faults as quickly as possible.


Non-Customised Items

Non-customised items may be eligible for return in accordance with UK consumer rights.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original condition

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.


Refunds

Where a refund is approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow several working days for funds to appear depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by ProPrint UK.


Artwork & Logo Setup Fees

Artwork setup, logo recreation or digitising charges are non-refundable once work has been completed.

Where setup is included free of charge as part of an offer or sample garment, this remains for production purposes only unless otherwise agreed.
