As all garments are custom printed or embroidered to order, production times can vary depending on the size and complexity of your order.

Typical production times are:

Small orders: 3–7 working days
Larger or bulk orders: 7–14 working days
Custom or specialist orders: Times may vary and will be discussed before production begins

During busy periods, turnaround times may be slightly longer. We will always aim to keep customers updated throughout the process.

We supply customers across the UK using trusted courier services.

Delivery options and costs are calculated at checkout where applicable.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information depending on the shipping service used.

Please note that delivery times provided by couriers are estimates and are outside of our control once the parcel has been dispatched.

Collection may be available for certain orders by prior arrangement.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.

While we always aim to complete and dispatch orders within estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:

We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs where possible.

We will work quickly to resolve any genuine issues.

At this time, most orders are supplied within the United Kingdom. International shipping may be available on request for larger or specialist orders.
